1 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between JoyBaji and users of its website joybaji.ws. JoyBaji is an online betting platform offering a range of Sports Betting and gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

One Person, One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one joybaji account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

JoyBaji may request additional documents for identity verification at any time, such as a national ID, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide these documents may result in account restriction or suspension.

3 Age Verification

JoyBaji is an 18+ platform. No individual under the age of eighteen may open an account or use the betting services on this platform. Protecting minors from gambling is one of JoyBaji's highest priorities.

• Proof of age may be requested at any time if there is reason for doubt.

5 Betting Rules

It is each user's responsibility to read the relevant event rules before placing a bet on JoyBaji. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• JoyBaji reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be voided.
• During live betting, odds change in real time after a match begins; odds on confirmed bets remain unchanged.

Event Cancellation & Suspension Policy

• If an event is completely cancelled, the stake for any related bet will be refunded.
• If a suspended event does not resume within the specified timeframe, the related bets will be voided.
• If a match is interrupted due to weather or other reasons, settlement will follow the rules of the relevant sport.

Maximum Bet Limit

Joybaji sets a maximum bet limit for each event. This limit may vary depending on the market, event, and the user's account history. Prior approval may be required for high-value bets.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically 5–20 times the bonus amount).

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Account closure at the user's own request
